Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, returns of the product are accepted if the returns are made within thirty (30) days from the date of received of the products. Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged. We shall receive the intended products first then only we will exchange with
another.

Sale and markdown products, display and ‘AS IS’ products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds are not applicable to any of the products. The products are only exchangeable to other same price products or to higher price products where the purchaser are agreeable to add the differential sum.

We reserve the right not to allow the return of products although the condition above is met.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If the order cannot be tracked in the Ninjavan or J&T website, please do not panic.

Contact us and enclosed your purchase number. We will assist you accordingly.

We will be responsible and replace your order if it was missing from the Ninjavan and J&T, subject to availability.

Report will be made to the respective courier and this will take 7-14 working days or more for them to get back to us. Give us time to assist you.
